Texture Study - Oil Can

During my time at Staffordshire, I decided to do a texture study on a model provided to me by the Uni to improve my skills in Substance Painter. Keeping in line with using references, I decided to put a spin on the colour scheme to create a more interesting and eye-catching appearance. I did this by using photoshop to convert stickers into PNG's which were then imported into Painter and added as Base Colour Textures. Alongside this was using multiple layers of dirt and dust added by hand with a paintbrush to add imperfections and to make the textures more believeable.
